The BETTED project was featured at the Heat Pump Forum 2025, the flagship annual event of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA). The event successfully brought together around 200 participants, including policy-makers, industry leaders, innovators and energy experts from across Europe. Hosted at MIX Brussels, the event reaffirmed its role as a key platform for advancing the clean heating and cooling transition.
This year’s Forum focused on the vital contribution of heat pumps to Europe’s energy security, climate objectives and economic growth. Through high-level discussions, inspiring sessions and extensive networking opportunities, participants explored how innovative solutions can be translated into practical action to accelerate decarbonisation across the continent.
A highlight of the event was the Heat Pump Awards ceremony, which celebrated the most innovative, efficient and impactful heat pump projects in Europe, showcasing excellence and leadership within the sector.
The Forum also served as an important dissemination opportunity for European projects. Notably, EHPA actively promoted the BETTED project during the event. BETTED flyers were showcased and distributed at the EU project corner, raising awareness among attendees about the project’s goals and contributions to improving building energy performance and supporting the uptake of sustainable heating solutions.
With strong participation and a dynamic exchange of ideas, the Heat Pump Forum 2025 once again demonstrated its importance as a meeting point where policy, innovation and industry converge to shape the future of clean energy in Europe.
