On 12th March 2024 took place BETTED project kickoff meeting in Brussels hosted by our partner Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft.
Great opportunity to meet each other and share works and goals in the frame of the project focussing #energyefficiency in dairy #valuechains.
The dairy sector is predominantly organized in cooperatives, which hold the majority of the market share which makes relevant the necessity for cooperation and coordination between different actors and increases the potential of a value chain approach. To achieve this integration, the project will implement capacity-building programs and steer companies and value chain decisions for energy saving, renewables and heat pumps adoption investments with supporting tools.
